Summary: We were able to walk to restaurants and it was easy to get to and from TCU. The breakfast was very good and the gym much better than I expected.

Summary: The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to get around. The first room we had was dingy. We were able to change rooms and it was better. This Embassy is not as nice as others I’ve stayed at. The rooms need an overal renovation and some deep cleaning. The breakfast was really great and some made to order if you choose.

Summary: We love staying at The Embassy Suites! The one downtown by the square is perfect for a night on the town and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment.

Summary: Excellent stay. Incredibly convenient to Bass Hall and Sundance Square. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Summary: Staff provides outstanding service across the board! However the hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The pool and spa should be reopened. The furniture is worn out. Equipment like ice machines, juice machine and milk dispenser broken all the place. Really reminds me of some of the hotels I have stayed in in third world countries. It’s an embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

Summary: The hotel had a lot wear and tear. The valet was chaotic and the app didn't work well and the guys working did not communicate when they brought the cars down. The cost of valet is very expensive. The pool is closed for an extended amount of time but there is a splash pad a block away but it is closed if there is an event in the square. Lots of food places with in walking distance and so is the water gardens and convention center (10 minute walk).
